SAIPEC Women in Industry

Launched in 2020, SAIPEC’s Women in Industry provides a unique platform for some of the finest minds of the oil and gas industry in Sub Saharan Africa to convene and connect, and put forward solutions towards building a diverse and inclusive oil and gas industry

Madame Marcelle Gauly

Madame Gauly was gracious enough to honour us with her presence at SAIPEC 2020 in Lagos and her contributions were highly valued by all the international participants at the conference. Madame Gauly spoke with great passion, authority and insight about the great opportunities in Cote d’Ivoire.

For many who heard her speak, were particularly inspired by her leadership and she was a pivotal part of the movement to encourage and foster the next generation and to highlight the importance of supporting Women in Industry. It was an honour for everyone at PETAN who had the privilege of meeting Madame Gauly and we bow in our deepest respect in front of her memory.
