Branding and Advertising
Sponsorship and exhibiting offers branding opportunities not only throughout the event, but throughout the months leading up to the event in the national and international marketing and advertising campaigns and PR coverage as well as the post event media reporting
Please ensure you send your company logo in both high-resolution jpeg/png and eps/ai files to athompsett@gep-event.com asap for inclusion in all online and offline materials
Please note: Your logo MUST be received by Friday 12th January 2024 for guaranteed inclusion on the event’s printed materials
Sponsors Only (no exhibition)
If you are a sponsor who is not exhibiting, please ensure you also send a 100-word company profile to athompsett@gep-event.com for inclusion on the website and event app by 12th January 2024.
Exhibitors (including sponsor/exhibitors)
If you are exhibiting at the SAIPEC 2024 exhibition and have completed your company’s profile via the Exhibitor Zone, you do not need to email your profile again.

Additional PR and Marketing Opportunities
We have a dedicated communications agency supporting SAIPEC 2024, focused on driving awareness of the conference, spreading news and securing interviews, show previews and opinion pieces for our key supporters and participants.
In addition, to sharing this information across our Sub Saharan Africa network and social media channels, we will be conducting a series of dedicated thought leadership interviews with sponsors which will again be shared throughout our networks.
What we need from you:
- Your company news and activity in the region with images (exhibitors should complete this via the Exhibitor Zone)
- Comments and opinion pieces regarding current industry matters
- Plans for the show – new launches, product previews, presentation highlights
- Name and contact details of your spokesperson

The SAIPEC Exhibitor Zone
Exhibitors can utilise the online SAIPEC Exhibitor Zone to complete your online and official event app profile, all required forms as outlined in this guide and to submit your latest news and press releases.

Each exhibitor will receive an email containing a unique username and password to access the site. You will receive this within one week of receiving the exhibitor manual. If you haven’t received this email, please contact our team via the details below.

Invite Your Network
Sponsors are entitled to a number of VIP delegate passes to invite your selected network, peers, colleagues and clients to attend SAIPEC 2024.
Please send the first and last names, job titles and contact details of your invited VIPS to Marwa at marwa@gep-events.com as soon as possible.
In addition, there are an unlimited number of complimentary visitor passes available for the SAIPEC exhibition.
