Find-Block® is a low cost, non-intrusive technology for the location of full bore blockages in pipeline and fl owline systems. A controlled pressure wave is created by opening a valve at the system tie-in point and recorded via the Find-Block® high frequency data-logger.
The profile of the pressure wave is then analyzed using Paradigm’s proprietary Pressure Transient Analysis software with the blockage location subsequently being confi rmed within 12 hours of the operation.
