Once registered, each attendee receives a confirmation email with a QR code — bring it to collect your badge at the registration desk, Eko Convention Center. We strongly encourage you to collect your badge on one of the two days before the event opens

  • Sunday 31 January — 10:00 to 17:00
  • Monday 1 February — 10:00 to 17:00
  • Tuesday 2 February — 07:00 to 19:00
  • Wednesday 3 February — 08:00 to 19:00
  • Thursday 4 February — 08:00 to 19:00

Collecting badges for a group

One person can collect badges for colleagues. Everyone listed must already be registered and hold their own confirmation email and the person collecting brings photo ID. Group badge collection form — to come; in the meantime, email AfricaOps@gep-events.com before you travel and the badges will be waiting together.
