Luther Ogbaji is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted background spanning over a decade, marked by academic excellence and diverse industry experience.

Ogbaji embarked on his professional journey in 2007 at Toptech Engineering Limited, setting the stage for his subsequent roles within the organization. Commencing as a Technician in the HVAC department in 2008, he demonstrated his aptitude for technical operations and swiftly ascended the ranks to assume the role of Technical Cooling Manager from 2010 to 2014. During this tenure, his leadership and proficiency in HVAC solutions garnered recognition, laying the groundwork for his transition to Emerson Network Power in 2014.

Joining Emerson Network Power as the Regional Sales Manager for Thermal Management, Ogbaji embarked on a new chapter in his career, leveraging his technical acumen and strategic vision to drive sales initiatives across the region. As Emerson Network Power transitioned to Vertiv in December 2016, Ogbaji seamlessly transitioned his responsibilities, continuing to excel in his role while expanding his purview to encompass North West African countries.

Ogbaji's expertise extends beyond sales, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of HVAC solutions, data center specialization, and strategic consultancy. With six years of hands-on experience in conceiving, designing, and deploying HVAC solutions across diverse sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, and the Public Sector, he has consistently delivered tangible value to clients. His proficiency spans project management, business process redesign, optimization, technical HVAC architecture, systems integration, and HVAC management, underscoring his holistic approach to addressing client needs and driving business outcomes.
