Engr. Jefferson Tuatongha is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

He currently leads the team in NCDMB responsible for ensuring that Nigerian Content requirements and commitments made by Stakeholders in the Upstream sector of the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry are implemented and measured. 

He has held several technical and managerial roles at NCDMB, NNPC, and oil & gas service companies in the areas of local content development, engineering & technical services, drilling & well services, and refining & petrochemical operations.

He holds an M.Sc. in Pipeline Engineering from Newcastle University, UK, and a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos.
