EruViano Obrike is a Talent, Recruitment, and HR Business Partnering leader with over 26 years of experience building people systems that enable performance and growth in complex organizations.
She built her professional foundation in recruitment and career management, beginning in Nigeria’s energy sector with Shell and later TotalEnergies, where she led large-scale hiring and integration programs—recruiting over 300 employees across concentrated hiring cycles—and managing career development for up to 900 employees across technical and operational disciplines. As an HR business partner, she works closely with business leaders to align workforce capability, performance, and succession priorities.
Her experience includes a 4-year international assignment in Paris, where she co-led the design and implementation of Career Paths for young recruits, managed mentoring programs for first-time expatriates, revamped on-the-job training (OJT) programs that absorbed employees from partner organisations, and provided advisory HR support to multiple affiliates in the Middle East and North Africa.
In recent years, she has focused on leadership and talent development, currently driving workforce development at TotalEnergies Nigeria. She has delivered coaching andmanager-readiness programs, successfully integrating 150+ newly appointed managers, strengthening succession planning, and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives through committee and study-group participation.
Her leadership philosophy centers on building practical, inclusive talent and leadership frameworks that work in asset-intensive and operational environments. She is a Cranfield University graduate and a trusted voice on sustainable leadership and talent development.
