Ms Chioma Okpoechi

Chioma Okpoechi – is a Supply Chain leader with 27 years of Local and International experience in the oil and gas industry. She has a track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership in end-to-end supply chain management across operations and major projects. She is focused, passionate, energetic, and driven. Chioma is a collaborative leader with strong relationship building skills, and has managed very large teams, including leading teams across geographical boundaries. She is an excellent mentor and coach, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She was a past lead of Shell Women Network Port Harcourt and sits on the Women in Shell executive advisory board. She is Co Founder and Trustee of the newly formed Association of Women in Procurement and Supply Chain Nigeria. She is a founding member and former board member of Women in Energy Network Nigeria. She is also the honorable president of The Shell Club Port Harcourt. Chioma is a recipient of several awards including a Professional Fellowship Doctorate (PFD). She is a fellow of several institutes including the Institute of Corporate and Public Administrators of Nigeria, the Institute of Management Consultants and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Directors
(CIOD). Her work on the value of diversity has been published in the journal for gender studies of the University of Port Harcourt. Chioma is recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to her field both locally and globally. She is highly motivated to continuously learn, grow and excel.
