Her career spans leadership roles at Addax Petroleum, SDV Nigeria (Bolloré Transport & Logistics), and international organizations in the United States, where she honed expertise in procurement, finance, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement. Adebola has consistently championed efficiency, innovation, and equity—saving millions through cost optimization initiatives while building diverse teams that thrive on shared vision and respect.

Educated in the United States with an MBA in International Business from Mercer University, Adebola has furthered her leadership journey through programs at INSEAD and specialized certifications in supply chain management.
