The Laboratory comprises of two prover loops,  2000 Liters and 5000 liters prover tank capacity and are designed to work independently. Each prover loop contains a pump (for flow/pressure simulation), pressure and temperature indicators and transmitters, flow rate control valve, meter hook-up spools, a discharge/return pump, andd a standard prover tank as indicated. Both prover loops share a common 12000 Liters storage tank which stores the calibration/process fluid.

The ADNL flow laboratory aims to address the challenges faced in oil and gas flow measurement. Part of the initiative is to reduce or eliminate human error by using fully automated proving process following industry and regulatory standards.
