Adjusta-Cone is the world''s first adjustable cone meter with upto 250:1 turndown ratio, small footprint and unbeatable accuracy for well testing or custody transfer application. Adjusta-Cone is designed to replace dual chamber orifice fittings offering unparalleled operating range, smaller footprint, equal or better accuracy but most of all complete elimination of the gas exposure risks associated with orifice plate changing.
Integra-Cone is high pressure nitrogen gas flow meter, used for gas lifting, coil tubing, well cleanouts, foam cementing, tubingmilling and pipeline dewatering operations.Integra-Cone provides the operator with a real time display of flowing pressure, temperature and nitrogen gas flow rate corrected to standard conditions.
Hy-Cone working pressure is raised to 1034 Bar (15,000 PSI), using metal seals to reduce leak paths. The meter has an inbuilt pressure, differential pressure and temperature transmitter, to accurately measure very low pressure H2 in an electrolyser, or high pressure in a vehicle fueling station.
They all have expansive data logging capacities, battery power, wireless options and extensive additional inputs and outputs for simultaneous process parameter measurement.
